You can access this app as a CITIZEN ABOUT CITIZEN Sign In as a Citizen user will be taken to Dashboard screen will predominantly have SOS option, which are predominantly used in emergency situations.
In addition to this, CITIZEN will be able to view other features such as: Complaints, Events, News, City Info, Weather, and Help.
- SOS: The SOS is used as an emergency responder.
Once you tap the SOS option, a call will be initiated to the Police.
- COMPLAINTS: The complaints functionality is used to raise and record complaints by users.
- EVENTS: The Events displays the complete details of all the events - NEWS: News provides a live feed of the latest news.
